Your favourite stainless steel knife?

I am yet to own a stainless steel fixed blade and looking to purchase my first one soon.
Looking for something durable and that can work as an all-rounder.

My considerations are either Survive! knives in 20cv or
Ed Martin t3 Sere or
Bark river adventurer 2

Any thoughts on these 3?

What is your favourite or recommended fixed blade in stainless?

All I can say about the 3 is avoid survive they've got some serious issues with management but I hear the blades themselves are great. Bark river is always a solid option too.

My favorite stainless fixed blade is probably moot to your decision but I love the spyderco street bowie, Nice utility blade, comfortable grip and ergos and a sweet price to boot

I mostly use 3V fixed blades. There are some great options in the knifemaker's for sale area here!! Bradford makes very good knives, and he used M390 on some of them. I got a great fixed blade from Robert Martin at tearsofthesword, he is worth talking to. I see Survive knives on the production fixed blade for sale area here.

While I have no experience with your three choices, I have been using my favorite stainless Buck fixed blades while hunting since 1979, a 102, 118 & 119.

Maybe you could also consider the S!K GSO 4.7 in CPM 154. While it doesn't have the wear resistance or corrosion resistance of 20CV, its tougher and much easier to sharpen which makes it a great all rounder. 154 steel has better corrosion resistance than 3V in any case.

I have an adventurer2. I use it to whittle aimlessly on the deck while chatting. It's a little too thick of blade stock to be a good EDC for me, and it's too small to be the only blade I take camping, but it's great for aimless whittling on the deck.

The ergonomics are good, and it's pretty comfortable in several grips. Feels secure in hand. It's made me start looking into Murray Carter neck knives, which is dangerous!
