Your favourite working knife

Come to think of it, I don't have one. But if I did, I would by a Spyderco, cuz I really wouldn't give a shyt about it.

I don't do much heavy work, but if I'm doing some work around the house, or church, I take along my Gerber EZout or serrated delica.

I use a small kershaw vapor . Would rather have the larger one. Its not that bad a knife and no biggie if it gets lost or stolen.I also have a small buck keychain knife that comes in handy at sometimes. I also carry a small rekat but dont use it for work !

Wow, not a Sebbie in the crowd so far.
Have used a Lg Sebbie for 3 years now, offshore work in salt water environ, used almost daily for prying/gouging/cutting of everything. It looks a bit worse for wear, but is still solid lockup, no play and no pitting. Even survived India's Paradip port several times, which has acidic coal dust in the air without pitting.
Second work knife, mostly used at home is a Snody Explorer. Again slightly worse for wear now, but has stood up to every thing, and done everything with it, without damage.
Neither comes under the heading of "can loose it without crying" but at least the Sebbie can be replaced easily.

folder - BM-710 or MT-UT6
fixed - Mike Irie knife (I do not know its name or number, I got it as a blade blank) or Camillus Talon

My favorite working knives are my Sebenzas, which I consider to be the ultimate hard use folders. They definitely don't fall under the "if ya lose 'em ya won't cry" category, but that's why I keep those babies clipped to a lanyard or carried in a belt sheath.

it was an EZ-out or an M-16-03Z. Lately I've been reaching for my Tinker. If I have to do something really heavy duty I'm likely to grab my HI 18" WWII. If the Tinker doesn't cut the mustard I'll probably grab the appropriate tool. I keep wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers in the trunk of each car.
