Anybody here a fan of Ka-Bar knives like me???

Not after I broke my SECOND one! 1, a Camillus POS and 1 a WWII Navy MKII. Doing nothing more than slicing open rolls of printing paper. I'm now on my third, a KaBar brand Ka Bar.

My Swamp Rat Camp Tramp just laughs at it. It's ok for a $40 knife, but I wouldn't bet my a$$ on it. Both are in the work bag and whoever gets grabbed first does slicing duty. If the Ka Bar breaks now, I don't care, because the Rat is there.

ka-bar makes much better usmc knives than camillus ever did....the camillus are a POS

Outdoor/Utility/The Only FB's I Currently Own!
1. Cold Steel Master Hunter Carbon V
2. CRKT Kasper/Polkowski Companion

Both are nice, but i prefer the master hunter for most general outdoor tasks due better slicing, toughness, handle, and blade steel for the task.

I REALLY want a Swamp Rat Bog Dog or Howling rat tho.
I hear they kick a$$ and they have the best possible warranty.
