Well the last knife that I ordered this year was a Kabar/ Becker BK 9 but since it will not be here until Wednesday which is in the next year my last blades that I actually received this year where a tramotina 12 inch bush machete and a condor 14 inch el Salvador.

The 12 inch bush knife did not dissapoint it is a great work tool that I enjoy using. The handle is comfortable it is a managable size and sharpens easily. The condor while not much larger is another species all together. It is twice as thick heavier and just feels like a timex. The only thing I do not like about the condor was the synthetic handle. It is big and comfortable enough but it is really slick and feels like it wants to leave my hand, it never has but with the edge this thing came with and what it will take I do bot want this thing going flying. Tramotina wonderful work tools that will need sharpening upon arrival but worth it. Condor comes sharp and ready to go out of the box definitely worth the not much extra money. I think I scored big in these two items. Total including shipping was still under 45.00

Just got this Damascus skyline today .... It is by far the sharpest out of the box knife I have ever gotten!!!! Great one to end the year !!!

Technically, the Steel Warrior Cigar Whittler is the very last knife I bought this year, but I like to say that the next to last knife is the one. That one is a John W. Smith Extreme SD-3.:thumbup:
