Like many here, I find that I rotate pocket knives often through the week. However, there are go to users I have for those times that I know hard use is coming. I am curious about which traditional(s) fulfill that role for others.

Here are mine.

NEVER without my yellow Huntsman!!!

I carry a Case Peanut every day during the work week. I almost never use it for anything. I leave a Vic Alox Farmer hanging up on a hook in the kitchen for chores around the house. If I need something for "hard use", I usually choose one of my modern folders.

My always carry is an olive green Cadet.

It is usually paired with a large stockman. These have been getting the bulk of carry lately.

I change out knifes every week for the most part, and I carry something different on Saturday and Sunday.

Right now, my EDC is a SAK Huntsman, and a Old Timer 7OT.
When I get back to Florida, I'll add my Buck 301 to my pocket, maybe swap the 7OT for a Buck 110.

Honestly, although I count the stockman and Wenger SI as my used a lot knives, I have to say my most used knife, the one that gets used everyday for something, is the little Vic classic on my keyring. I really don't think there's a day got b y it isn't used for a couple of somethings.

I have a couple of Buck 301s and 303's for hard use. Pretty much indestructible and easy to clean up.

I rotate my knives fairly often, however this one is usually always with me.

Let's keep it traditional knives, folks. I'll edit the title to reflect that.

For many years it was this pretty well beat, mini-copperlock and/or an Opinel 6.

Sorry...still learning the vernaculars of this group. Not new to knives, just new to the idea of collecting knives and their perspective genres.

What I use the most are my peanut from Carl, an olive alox cadet I bought from Woodrow F Call (Tommy Lee Jones doesn't need knives :D), and my Gossman small Kephart one off. I also have my Tidioute Beaver Tail 73, Schatt and Morgan Heritage single blade jack, Case Tribal Spear with ebony scales and my black alox Pioneer.

Rounding out the pack lately, are my Laconico Kephart and my Gossman 3.5" blade one off wide blade Kephart.

I also keep an Estwing axe in my truck, along with a Snow and Nealy that I use in the woods clearing paths and deadfall.

I typically carry a Case Canoe at work because we have a 2 1/2" blade length restriction. I bought it on a whim, but it seems to wind up in my pocket almost every day. It would work fine for most of what I do when I am off work, but I usually switch it out for something a little larger when I get home.
Here's the canoe:
