A small (on the bottom) Seki-Cut Bob Lum-designed folder (SC-100SB), D2 and Aluminum, all black...

Not too long before that, an all-black combo-edged Benchmade Bob Lum-designed Dejavoo (740SBK) in S30V and black G10...I guess I'm in a Bob Lum frame-of-mind, and I sure can't afford an original!

(I know, focus more on quality and less on quantity...but I have to feed the obsession...)

My most recent knife purchase was a cheapy smith and wesson Karambit on Ebay if I find myself in love with karambit design, I'll get a tarani. Plus it is much easier to hide a $13 purchase from the wife, than a $90 one. Prior to that was a kukri purchased from a local at a bazaar at my current SW Asian location. No better quality then what you can get on e-bay or cheaper but definitely cool to have bought it in Afghanistan. Plus the seller made it a true challenge to get the price I wanted, which definitely makes a memorable item.

Combo-edge:

I didn't think that these were available yet but I ran across some...Spyderco only shows the combo-edge listed in the latest online catalog but the seller says they have both...

Edit: I've just been informed by Kristi from Spyderco over in the Spyderco sub-forum that there is no plain-edged all-black model currently, so who knows what I've actually bought...perhaps the combo-edge is also not what was listed...I guess I'll find out...
