Yep yer right my typo, really sad as it is misspelled on a couple threads now :grumpy:. You mean the third pic? First and second are the same background, don't laugh it is the bathroom throw rug from Cabelas one of their woolrich series like the BirchBark Bath Rug I think ours was called suede something

Opinel 8 (in carbon steel of course). Unlike most, mine came dull as a spoon. I won't complain much, given the price. After an hour or so on the spyderco medium rods, it's good to go.

I just got myself a Microtech Socom Elite and it has to be one of the best knives I've ever owned :thumbup:

Here's a quick pic:

4" blade of D2 and .174" thick, I'd prefer this over my sebenza or strider SMF It's like a cross between the two. Perfect fit and precision finish mixed with the tank like features, for about half the price too Can't wait to put it through it's paces.

Nice blade. They are the best
