Your most underrated/under-appreciated knife?

Cold Steel Mini Tuff Lite, but only because more folks haven't tried carrying one yet and discovered how darn useful these little guys are - it's like a razor blade with a handle:

I think the question is interesting because if you give 5 people the same knife they would all appreciate it different.
I think the Buck Reaper is underrated, I find mine very useful. Also the mini tuff lite mentioned above will likely be my next work knife.

Folder - Benchmade Panther I bought in about '93 or 4. Still one of my favorite blade profiles, came in ATS-34 or G-1.Superb edge. What-looks-like-aluminum pivot and clip (single torx screw). Walker lock, in FRN or maybe Zytel of some kind. I still carry it on occasion. Rust free. Very nice to handle.

Fixed - Tekna Ocean Edge dive knife I acquired in the '70's...along with its remarkable sheath. Great blade profile; best serrations I"ve had yet. 420 steel with what must have been a hell of a heat treat; Seki-made I'm told. It gets hellsharp with a little attention. Leather wrapped the handle. They are available again but not sure who makes them now nor out of what.

Well pardon me while I get dangerously close.
Of all the knives I have ever had the one I use the most is the little sandwich/goop spreader with the wooden handle shown bellow. I don't even know what brand it is. It just says on the blade "Stainless Japan". All of about $2 thirty years ago at King Soopers. Ha, ha, ha.

Pardon the croissant butter and chocolate smears on it. Like I said . . . it gets a lot of use.
I suppose it is disqualified because I don't "carry" it. Other than around the kitchen and around the house.

Ha, ha, ha . . . in my weaker . . . or more lucid moments (depending on ones perspective) I have considered carrying a similar non serrated knife of similar thinness (which is super thin by the way). Some one mentioned they expected their blades to be able to flex when they pressed the point on the desk . . . well . . . I got your knife RIGHT HERE . . .

I have carried the heck out of the Mini Tuff Lite as well. It was my FIRST knife with a pocket clip. It is a bit limited by it's thicker back and hollow grind. Not the best box cutter. I guess I am thinking big, double wall corrugated boxes. It does great though until you get the thicker back into the box cut then it chokes.

All though I think after getting my Cold Steel Hold Out III that I think the Hold Out is a better all around knife. I used it, and used it and used it today. I am really starting to appreciate that knife. Over all it is a world beater. When ol' Lynn Thompson says it may be the shape of pocket knife innovation to come (or something close to that) I think what he is saying isn't (as my Mom would say)
"just BS and conversation".

The Mini 's good though. Maybe not as great as my sandwich/goop spreader ;) but good. :) :p :D

Definitely my Kershaw Oso Sweet. I never carry it and hardly use it. I should change that one of these days.

I'd say my CF skyline. I usually reach for anything else (Blur, Link, various ZT's) for use/carry but whenever I do carry the 1760, I see how awesome it is given its size and why its so popular

I'll agree with the SAC. It took me years to get one. Now I have an Alox Electrician by me at all times. I was always used to having a big folder, but when I forced myself to carry just the Electrician for a month, I found it did just about everything I asked it to do, and much more than my normal carry blade.
