your no1 knife

my number 1 knife is Fallkniven F1.... why? because, i like the F1 shape and the steel.

My G-10 Endura FFG because it is my first Spyderco and my first decent folder with pocket clip.It is perfect for edc.

I used to be a fixed-blade guy but i needed a folder for edc,at first i found most of the Spyderco ugly but i saw so much love for Spyderco here that i didn't have other choice than trying it.I dont regret it at all very good knife.

Benchmade M4 Rift. I carry it everyday in my right front pocket. It has the best lock (IMO), one of the best steels (IMO), it has a long blade for it's handle length, has a unique looking blade that is very functional, and it has a handle that fits my hand great and has a unique texture machined into it. What's not to love?

I wouldn't trade it for any Sebenza or Strider out there.

At the moment I'd say my Endura 4 flat saber ground in vg-10. I may have much more expensive knives, but this one is always doing the cutting. I put a really shallow secondary bevel on it and a microbevel and now it cuts even more without quitting. I need to pick up a ffg endura and delica eventually.

Any one of my Paramillies is my #1 knife for handling any situation I'm likely to find myself facing. They've gone everywhere and done everything with me for some years now... indoors, outdoors, warehouse, yard/garden... although my CF Caly 3 gets more carry time at work because she's more presentable in my work environment.

But I do have a Rift in 154CM and she's my fav BM... very capable so far and I'm looking forward to trying her out some more this summer.

Most of my number one knives are balisongs which are illegal for me to carry. So the Mini Skirmish wins by default. Ti Framelock with S30V and recurve blade, 100% perfect for me.

My pride and joy of my knives is my Benchmade 10100SB (I think those are the letters. lol) Love this knife. Not useing it right now and in search for a regular 10100.

my no1 knife is my d2 paramilitary...but i just got a CF millie and thats getting some carry time:D:D

My #1 knife is my XM-18 3.5" flipper.

Why?

Size and weight are perfect for in pocket carry during the week, the design, the materials, and it's a hard use knife. The blade shape / design / grinds (spanto) accomplishes what it would take several other knives to accomplish.

This is the first knife I have owned in a LONG time that I carry 24/7 and I have had little desire to carry any of my others.

Currently a 710 in D2, but that may change because I recently aquired a 710-801 M4 steel... Only time will tell.. :D

Depends what I'm doing. My edc pocket carry rotates with no particular reason or schedule. If I'm in the woods, it's sometimes a Buck 102, a RAT RC3, or a little Bark River I think called the woodscraft?

But my #1 every day is a generation 3 Sypderco Endura clipped inside my waistband. I like that it's flat and easy to carry, a decent sized blade, solid lock, holds a good edge.

My nr. 1 knife is a Victorinox Soldier, it has been my companion for years during camping trips and it has seen a lot of European countries.

My busse BWM. I dont get to use her too much, but it was a gift from my brother and is very special to me. Plus it is one awesome blade :)

Mine would be a Hen and Rooster congress that is almost always in my pocket. I may have any of the single blade, one handed knives in the other pocket, all of which I love, but the slippie gets the nod for most carried/used.
