Your Opinion on Bear MGC knives

Only Bear I have ever owned is a keychain multitool. Fit and finish are real good.
 
I have a Bear MCG model 505. A real nice knife. Fit and finish are excellent. The damascus blade is beautiful and came extremely sharp right out of the box. I purchased it on a discount for $50. The handles are India bone stag and are of the best I've seen. It appears by other posts that experiences can vary so buyer beware.
 
I have 2 MGC knifes, a 4 inch stockman and it's baby brother, love them both. The fit and finish is excellent on both, I have the India Stag on both. Just as nice as a case and with better steel, almost all the newer case knifes are stainless steel
 
I have a Bear & Sons sodbuster I bought out of curiosity. The carbon steel blade is excellent but overall it's pretty shoddy, poor fit and finish. It's a loaner.
 
I have a USA made Bear butterfly knife. As a basic no frills extremely cheap entry level flipper......it's fine. Nothing more than that.
