YOUR perfect knife?

Good topic! My perfect folder would have the following characteristics;

BLADE SIZE: 4.0" X .175"
BLADE STEEL: D2
BLADE DESIGN: Clip point w/flat grind
OPENING: Thumb stud
FRAME LENGTH: 4.5" to 4.75"
FRAME DESIGN: Straight with a slightly rounded butt and finger grooves for the first two fingers to improve grip. Bolsters should slightly flair for finger protection.
FRAME MATERIAL: .100" titanium liners, titanium bolsters, canvas micarta handle. Blade, bolsters, and liners should be ceramic bead blasted.
LOCKING METHOD: Liner lock/frame lock.
CARRY METHOD: A foldover, deep carry, and short pocket clip that entirely conceals knife in the pocket. Should be mounted for tip up carry.
MISC.: Torx screw construction, 1/4" hardened steel pivot and blade stop, solid titanium backspacer, bronze phospher washers.

THAT would be my perfect folder...........................until I needed another perfect folder that is!:D  :D

Just get yourself the Rd-4 I mentioned. It will be much for effective than a tactical folder.

Perfect fixed blade field knife
7 1/2 x 1 3/8 x 1/4 clip point bowie with flat grind and convex edge
blade steel forged W2
guard, thin buttcap and lathe turned pommel nut with thong hole made from blued 1018
African blackwood handle
Kenny Rowe pinlock 4 position sheath.
That just happens to be one of my projects for the near future and hopefully, a "model"that I can sell a few of in the future:D
