How do you EDC? DO you carry two knives? Three? Do you use a sheath for your folders? Do you carry a neck knife? Any fixed blades? Lanyard or no?

Feel free to post pics of your EDC setup ;)

Personally, I rotate my larger single-bladed folders (clipped to RFP) and will also carry a smaller knife (loose in the RFP or in the watch pocket of my jeans.) I have a SAK that lives in my backpack, so it's never too far away if needed.

I haven't tried lanyard carry yet, but I've been considering the option for my Kershaw Blur.

Yep  I have, I'm asking more about how you go about carrying the knives, not what knife you carry.

Always liked knives, turned 18, got a job, bought a Spyderco, then a Benchmade, then a Helle, then another Spyderco, then a CRK Lg Sebenza, now I don't like knives anymore.

EDIT: I clip it to my right front pocket at the very back of my pocket, I pull it out by the lanyard but sometimes it comes out awkwardly.

Mine changes pretty often. Most commonly I carry two knives. A small sheeple friendly folder like the Opinel 8 and a larger tactical folder such as something with G10 and S30V steel or the like. All clipped no lanyards.

Opinel 8 (always in left front pocket)

The large folder rotation: (rotated in no order on how I feel that day) Right front pocket.

Umnumzaan
Emerson CCQ-8 or 7
Large Sebenza 21
Spyderco Military
Buck Vantage Pro

Every once in a while another one will sneak in there if I fee like it.

I carry a 3 in folder on my front right pocket and a Wave on my MAN PURSE.

I use the folder every day and the Wave almost every day, specially now that everyone in the office knows that I have it, they're always asking for it...

When around the house, it is a blur or a skyline in the LFP. when i go out, i only want to carry one knife, and so it is a ZT 0200 tip up in RFP.

Generally for me its a large folder in the front right pocket and a small folder loose in the back right pocket. sometimes the smaller back pocket is replaced by a neckknife, just depends on how im feeling that day

I keep a SAK alox soldier and a bullet pen loose in my right front pocket and a SAK Classic and Fenix E01 on my keys. When I'm working I keep a Swiss Tool Spirit and a Surefire L1 in my purse... I mean bag.:D

...always have my SAK manager, and on the weekends I carry my CRKT stiff kiss. M-F, I carry my SAK manager, then in the afternoons, I add my SS Cara Cara.

My work has a size restriction on what we can carry.
So at work I carry:
- Leatherman Micra on one set of keys, for the screwdrivers
- SAK Classic on another set of keys, for the toothpick
- A Boker Subcom as my cutting blade.

When I'm off work I replace the Subcom with something larger and add a stockman or jack knife to the front pocket.

I usually carry two on the weekends. Both folders, . . . this weekend it was the Kershaw Zing Tanto left front pocket, and the Ka-bar Bob Dozier folder clipped in the right front pocket.

I carry a Vic soldier laying in the bottom of my right rear pants pocket, a Benchmade small griptilian clipped to my front right pocket, as well as a Vic classic in my right front pocket. The rear pocket knife varies to my Case cv trapper, to my Case sodbuster or my new Northwoods gunstock with italian jigged bone.

These days I carry my Kershaw Blur pocket-clipped (except on campus), and either the Opinel #5 or the Spyderco Kiwi3 in my pocket.

At work , a 3-4" folder in the back pocket , never clip carry. Away from work , always clip carry or fixed blade / sheath.

I carry a folder clipped to my right front pocket, a Spyderco Lady Bug on my keys, and sometimes an Izula in my left front pocket.

I always have one clipped in my right front pocket. The knife just stays in any pair of pants I'm wearing regularly - until wash time (a couple have survived the wash cycle) though I do change them out for purpose or personal fancy. The EDC's I use often stay on my dresser top so I can grab one quickly when I'd like. Most don't have lanyards and I rarely use the lanyard to pull it from my pocket. Since my addiction is severe, I will often carry a second knife especially if I'm walking the dogs in the woods or out late and extra knives are not so conspicuous. Then it will usually be a smaller sheath knife in my left front pocket or carried neck style. Mike
