Clip point appeals to the eye, spear point too, but a drop point (like on a BK14) really does the trick in hand. As for the psych angle, an observer might be inclined to call the whole lot of us "phallic" with regard to our hobbies and passions here. Good thing I don't put much stock in the opinions of head shrinkers...
I love so many blade profiles. Classic styles like the Katana and Tomahawk have always appealed to me. In EDC knives, I love the shape of the mini grip 556, the Kershaw Emerson CQC 5, the Kershaw Injection, the Delica 4, the SOG Mini Aegis, and others.

I know is not the best choice for all jobs. But, it sure makes a great utility blade. For me "utility" type stuff is what I primarily need a knife for.
