I love tiny knives. I've use the following;

Mini-Buck
Micro-LST
Victorinox Classic
A very old Christy knife my dad gave me decades ago. Has had the blade replaced several times. Used alot.

My favorite is the Gerber knives Ultralight . It doesn't hold an edge very long, but it only takes me about 3 minutes of sharpening to make it shave again.
