The Paramilitary is apparently a scaled down version of the Military. However, the Paramillie has a compression lock - much stronger than any other lock I had the pleasure of dealing with. It can also be operated with the left or right hand. The clip is also reversible. Under many aspects, the Paramilitary is better - but I still do love my good old CF S30V Millie :D
Would I trust my life to any of those two? Without hesitation!
 
Agreed. My vote is for full size manix, especially if you don't want to pay for bg42 and carbon fiber handles... g10 is gold anyway. Thing's as solid as a rock.
