I have a new Emerson Persian I just fell in love with (though it is stiffer than my ankles on a winter morning), and a year old CQC15 that has seen hard use daily.
Any list of favorite 10 knives that has no Emerson's in it is a list made by folks that have not had the enjoyment or satisfaction of having the finest tactical instrument made nestled firmly in hand.

I don't have a huge selection of knives, and I really like all of them, sooo:

How in blazes I could hold a knife as being a "favorite" without having carried it to see how he design worked for me is a WTF for sure.

I don't think I could rank a top 10. What I like best depends on what's in my pocket at the time. These are the ones I carry most often.
