I find traditional folders get the job done very well, not to mention that they're a pleasure to carry. Lately though, I've been carrying a Byrd Tern IWB just to try it out. One-handed opening is incredibly convenient.

These rotate as my right front pocket "big" knife, while I also have a Case large Gunstock in orange G-10 and a wharncliffe main blade. A leatherman Juice S2 also rides in my wallet as it has an outside pocket that the Leatherman fits into perfectly. These two are pretty much always there, though a switch up in the slipjoint may occur from time to time.
