I keep a P7M13 and a Strider GB in my nightstand; not a butcher knife. Your use of a statistical fallacy ("most likely to be used... culinary use") is based upon the fact that the vast majority of the population only owns kitchen knives and are not users/collectors of knives.

I read somewhere that doctors in England are trying to outlaw kitchen knives because of stabbings. I dont know if that adds to the conversation but I feel chatty today.
