To me the Tilt looks like it was made for floor installers. I picture someone unrolling linoleum, pulling out a Tilt, and cutting it.

The Kershaw tilt is the closest knife I can consider "tactical"

You may picture it but I doubt you'll ever see it, one was auctioned off last night for, 609 bucks!
I've been using my Hinderer for carpet cutting for the last few days. Don't see why any well made knife would suffer from it.
My first line of defense has always been my personal grooming and funny internet images.
