I'm surprised that the Sebenza did not make anybody's list. I know that it is not marketed as a "tactical" but the Sebenza is rock solid, reliable, and sharp as hell! I would take one into battle or the wilderness in a minute.

Yes, the absence of the Sebbie is a surprise.

I'm also amazed at the sheer diversity of folders represented in the various lists. But, also, there are some folders that seem to show up again and again.

I find this really fascinating the huge variety of cutlery people are carrying and using these days.

Please, keep those lists coming! This gets better every time I check in here.:D

Here is my list in no particular order. I qualified the list for gripability for me.

EKI 7a or b, 11, 13 or 14, BM 970 lg or sm. MT SOCOM/elite, CRKT Crawford Falcon, and the Camillus CUDA Bowie or spear point, and last but not least any number of Cold Steel folders I have owned in the past but in particular the Recon series with AUS8a steel and g10 handles, and my old XL and Lg Voyagers. Oh yea my Spyderco Endura's.

I have owned dozens of others but because my hands are so screwed up from carpal tunnel I have only listed the knives that I have been able to use over a period of time with no undue discomfort. Hence I didn't list any Sebenza I have owned over the years. keepem sharp
