Jarbenza and smatchet, close seconds would be frost cutlery, ginsu, and ozark trail.

Grail would be collaboration between M-Tec, Mike Stewart, Mick Strider, Extrema Ratio, and Mantis knives, what a beast that would be and with a spec ops pedigree to boot. Would also have the benefit of mystery box steel excitement.

Never having collected knives before my favourites are rather pedestrian. Victorinox and anything made with Solingen steel. Well maybe not anything, but you get the idea.

Edit: I'd like to get a Randall Attack model 14. But, money and getting it into Australia is likely a nightmare.
