Your Ultimate Grail?

I understand this is probably a re-post but I also know that people's choices do change over time. So what is your ULTIMATE grail knife at the moment? The one you feel/felt at times that you will/would never be able to obtain. Mine is a satin plain edge clip point 20CV Microtech Socom Elite with black handles. Over the last couple years I've only seen a couple of these pop up on the secondary market (and I do check daily) but never in the exact configuration I'm looking for. So I've now come to the realization that I will probably never be able to obtain/own my ultimate grail. So what's yours? Have you acquired it yet? How long did it take you to find it?

mine would be also a Microtech, A Halo V, a tad smaller, black handle, CF inserts, drop point blade black,
Grails tend to change a lot, first it was a CRK 25 sebenza, when I got it, I wanted a Strider, got it, after that a Microtech Scarab, and now that's my main EDC, and I love it

I'm actually about to own my childhood grail knife.
It may sound strange to you guys, but when I was a little kid my dad gave me his old imperial hatchet , but sadly it used to be a husky set and it's h6 fixed blade knife counterpart mad taken or lost by a brother while he was in the army.

Other than that there are lots of knives that I like, but none I can think of that I wanted as much as that h6 or my buck 110.

It may not exist, but my ultimate grail knife would probably be a buck 110 with a 1095 blade.

I've been carrying my "Ultimate Grail" for 1 1/2 yrs now...a Brad Southard AVO. Perhaps I'd prefer a different blade-steel like M4 or M390, but for my casual carry, there is no real need. It fits my hand very well, and I like everything about it. Comfortable carry piece.
I've had quite a few that cost twice as much, but this one is it for...now. One never knows what might show up...
:)

BM 940-1. I'm not much of a high end knife guy. I vowed not to spend more than around $150 for a knife. I finally scored my Grail in December 2015......and kept my vow. :D

ZT0560
Spyderco K2 Ti
Spyderco Slysz Bowie

Wicked knives but not unobtainable. But with the poor exchange rate in Aus. compared to the US and my dealers mark up those the will set me back approximately $1200. I will own them all one day. Just need the coin..

On an unrelated note, would anyone like to buy a slightly (read: heavily) used kidney? I'm sure I can live with just one. Let's say.. um.. $1200?

Mine really hasn't changed in a while. I got 2 knives that flip-flop constantly.
Todd Rexford-custom lefty faceted Cesium with black timascus inlays on a flat black frame with sm100 blade.
Brad Southard-custom lefty Flippin Tanto with polished zirc bolsters, Westinghouse micarta scales with a HHH feather damascus blade.

I can never really decide which I would want more. However, considering that they would have to be true customs, and both makers books won't likely be opening up anytime... ever. I guess I really won't have to worry about it.

One or two of these in a seriously good steel. At least 440C but preferably CPM-S110V, or dare I say it 10V heat treated by Phil Wilson. These are Cold Steel Kitchen Classic Paring knives but for MY EDC they are as if mana from Heaven. I don't have a clear understanding of what mana is, I think I heard it was some kind of sharpening medium, but these kinves WITH those handles ARE the ______ !

One is polished edge and one is toothy.

PS: I doubt that will ever change. These ARE the ultimate IT.

Maybe one of Charlie Mike's indoor problem solvers. Those things are freakin awesome.

I feel quite honored to be on your grail list.

As for me, it appears that my grail (grail at this moment... subject to change) fixed blade is the one I'm building for myself right now...

Chad Nichols stainless ladder pattern damascus.

I think I'd have to vote for a dsk tactical kickstand or something from Jesper voxnaes, the f7 is pretty dang cool
