Your very 1st CRK

Do any of you still have your very first CRK fixed or folder???I was just reminiscing of my first sebenza purchase here.It was a large 2002 limited ironwood scales which i sold :mad:But i got to keep my limited tanto :Dwhich was my second purchase.To date my very favorite is a number 80 born in 1993 which i purchase from Matt C.Thanks Matt:thumbup:
 
no i do not.

however, about two months ago i bought the same knife that it was. this one was new though. my first was very used.

I still do, but then again I only bought it nine months ago. My large regular remains my one and only Sebenza, and will remain so unless I can find a large flat-ground one. The Sebenza is so good that I don't need any more, except maybe for a back up.
 
I still have my first CRK. It is a Shadow III, I have had it for maybe 6 or 7 years now. I had read many articles on them and finally decided to take the plunge and buy a one piece CRK. I figured, it was the cheapest model and if I did not like, I was not breaking the bank. I only EDC it in hunting season around the cabin and in the woods as I live in the city and where I work, its high security and we get wanded in and out, and no knives allowed. For daily use when not at work, I carry a small vines sebenza for my edc. My wife already thinks I am a redneck for carrying a sebenza as it is, I could only imagine what she would think if I carried a CRK one piece knife around the house....
 
My first CRK is large 21 african blackwood I hope coming today :thumbup:
 
Yes, me too. A large Green Beret. It just sits in its box looking pretty though. I have never used it.
 
No, I don't. It was a large BG-42, I got in the early 90's. I don't remember if it was Classic or Regular. I bought it in person at Nordic Knives in Solvang, CA. I was still living in CA. at the time. I wish I still had it.
 
Yep, still have my first and only CRK. Nothing fancy, just a large classic I bought 7 or so months back. Still carry it with me everyday including now.:thumbup:
 
In my pocket right now. Small African Blackwood that I got off the exchange here almost 3 years ago. It has only left my pocket as my edc a few times since then.
 
First one was a small micarta, which I later traded. I replaced it later on, while I had a full size micarta, and full size cocobolo (which I traded :().
 
I sold my Sable IV purchased in the mid-'90s sometime later down the line.

I do, however, edc my small Seb born and purchased in '02. Best knife, production or custom, that I've ever owned and used.

I picked up an Aviator in 1996, however have since sold it. Still own a Mark VI that I`ve purchased in 1997 though.
 
Yup, ATS-34 small Sebenza purchased Feb. '96 - still carry and use it regularly.
