Your very 1st CRK

First was a large NICA 400 tanto (1999) - Still have it.
Most recent purchase was the Umnumzaan TNK Tanto (2009).
Lots of CRK's in between.
Currently looking for an LDC Sebenza.

My first CRK knife, a small regular BG-42 Sebbie, is still with me.

It has served extremely well and sits next to me now as I type.

It often helps out around my retirement woodworking and vehicle shop.

My first was small 21 Sebenza, then sold that to move on to the Umnumzaan and sold it to buy the Sebenza Tanto. I'm selling it now. I'm just waiting for the small umnumzaan to come out.

Mine has been with me since Dec 08. It has been my EDC everyday unless I'm flying somewhere. It has been a great knife, only complaint is people kinda shy away when I use it at work. (I'm a sales rep). The sheeple really don't understand it. I mean come on, under 3 inch blade!?!?!?!?! I'm just using it to cut tape and boxes for crying out loud!

Either route, I will be giving a Spyderco Leaf Storm a shot as a replacment for an EDC starting this coming friday. Lets see if a 2.5 inch blade will get better reactions....if not, back to the benza!;)

I still have my first, a BG42 Seb from 1997. No, I won't trade any of you guys with S30V Sebs!

My second CRK (a Green Beret) was given to a Corporal of Marines who took it to Afghanistan.

I still have my first large regular purchased in May of 1998. The knife has a slight recurve to it now that a portion has been sharpend more than others. She will get refurbed soon and put into retirement. She has been a faithful companion but other sebs need loving too:cool:

I can't remember if my first CRK knife was an Aviator or a small Sebenza (trapeze pattern), but in any case I have both along with probably another 5-7 other CRK knives. I've only sold/traded two CRK knives and I regret both (Umnumzaan and a small plain Sebenza 21). Hopefully I'll buy similar ones down the road.

I wish I did!!! It was a 2003 Small Regular Sebenza. At the time I though it was the best knife on the planet! I was so indecisive back then, so it got traded.
