Your Well Rounded Aresenal?

Only have? You've got some cool stuff there, Alvaro. That Krag is especially neat.

Thanks Blais; the good thing is that the Krag is fully functional. It was the "family gun" of my father and his brothers (some 80 years ago). I'm specially happy that dad was able to shoot it again (I managed to get hold of some ammo for it) after so many years, before he passed away, 28 years ago.

Snapped a quick pick of my current guns:

I threw the Hanyang 88 in there because it whines and cries if I don't let it hang out with the real guns every once in a while.

Blais, you also have quite a collection. From the historic point of view, the Hanyang 88 is very interesting.

Thanks! The Hanyang is historically interesting but I like to be able to shoot my old surplus rifles. The 'metallurgical integrity' of the 88 is questionable at best so it just sits in my closet.

I don't know if they ship ammo to Panama but Spotsman's guide sells .30-40 ammo for fairly cheap. That Krag is too cool a gun to not shoot every once in a while.
;)

Too bad. And about the ammo, no, by law it's "verbotten" for private citizens
to import ammunition. If I could, you can bet I'd be shooting it. If by any chance I go to the USA, maybe I'd be able to by some (if the laws of the USA allow it. Anyway, the thing is to bring it into Panamá, without having it confiscated by Customs).

You guys have got some nice stuff.

Here's my list.

Hunting/Long Range
Marlin model 60 .22lr (have)
Ruger Gunsite Scout Rifle (may very well be my next firearm purchase. I do not yet have a centerfire rifle, and the versatility of this gun intrigues me.)

Well, for handguns I'd have to go with:
1. Kimber Custom Eclipse II, because parts and ammo would be common:
KimberCustomEclipse2.jpg

2. Glock 22, as the workhorse (obviously on the left):
G22USP.jpg

3. S&W 637, for my pocket super-secret-squirrel gun:

Hrm, for shotguns I'll go with just one (going to cheat and save one credit for later :p)- my Benelli M1 Super 90:
SPAS124Small.jpg

For the two legged critters, Ill go with:

1. S&W M&p-15T, with ACOG, grippod and magpul accessories (this is my real go-to gun):

2. FN FS2000 w/ trijicon Reflex:

And last, where I use up my saved credit:

I'de have my Scout/Leopold as my primary walking around rifle. I would have the PBR/Nightforce for the prepared long range work, as its quite a bit heavier:

And lastly, just to keep any highly-determined folks as far away as possible (Bohica .50 upper/AR lower):

My handgun one is completed as of today.

Glock 26 (9mm)
Sig p229 (40cal)
S&W 686 3" barrel (.357 mag)

I'm only gonna get 1 shot gun, pump action Remington tactical and 3 rifles. One bolt action in .300 mag, one semi-auto in .308 and either bushmaster or colt ar-15.

That Spas 12 is sick!

Thanks, it's fun to shoot but the 'nelli is a better gun. Lighter, better sites, easier to use Etc. If you ever get a spas, try and get the arm hook too - it makes the gun worth a significant amount more.

Handguns:

1. Glock 26 G4 9mm
2. S&W 686-4 .357Mag
3. S&W 6906 9mm

Shotguns:

1. Remington 870 Special Purpose 12GA.
2. Remington 870 Express
3. Mossberg 590A1

Rifles:

1. Remington 700 SPS-LH
2. Ruger 10-22
