Nice set up bladite! I used to use a draw knife to wittle down my hammer handles when I used to frame houses. I still have that draw knife it just sits in my tool box now, lol

Man, sleep 5 hours in bed and wake up tired and stiff.... Sleep 3 hours in the hammock and wake up feeling well rested and ready to work..... Moral of the story? Our bed sucks, and hammocks are awesome.
 
So I just sent in the cash to be a vendor again at the 2015 Blade show. If any Beckerheads know there going. I will have a limited supply of V.I.P. passes. They will go fast.

I think he's hilarious. He seldom makes it through an episode without dripping sweat and blood and being out of breath. The problem is, he always tries to cram 60 minutes of work (if it was all done right the first time) into a 25-minute unedited bit... what could possibly go wrong?

As funny as the finished episodes often are, you know there's gotta be some knee-slapping, side-splitting outtakes... :p

I would love to go. Fingers crossed timing works in my favor. Will know once next years vacation schedule is out.
 
I wish Amanda and I lived closer to Bladeshow. Besides the buttload of people in a small area I bet it would be a good time.

It's a hoot for sure, but it's almost too big. You really have to pace yourself and decide which activities/exhibits you really want to check out first, rather than try to cover the entire thing... or you'll get burnt out quick with all the standing/ walking. Obviously Beckerhead makers like Todd, and the Ka-Bar booth are a big priority, and anyone who likes performance knives HAS to check out the BladeSports cutting championships for certain. :thumbup:

You got 5 months to plan. You can get better deals on rooms the sooner you book them, I can give you passes for all three days so admission wouldn't cost you anything. Road trip man!

As far as the people, I really hate crowds myself. But Blade show really isn't bad at all, everyone is like-minded and the atmosphere is very relaxed, you shouldn't let that stop you.

The only over annoying thing about it is the Busse setup. acting like Gods, the circus freaks, clowns, and the kiss my ring finger mentality.but BLADE show itself even thought it was bullshit and they made them tone it down this year.
 
The Busse crowd wasn't nearly as bad last year. The TM Hunt table was a little rowdy when Vik got loaded and was sticking knives in the ceiling. Oh, and let's not forget the Pit. Whiskey in coke bottles no less.

I try to forget about the moose in his skirt. I know the term is kilt, but who are we kiddin, its a f#!kin skirt. And just in case anybody wants to know, he dont wear panties under it either. Dont ask me how I know. (Thats why I want to forget :barf:)
