Your knives look great. I particularly like the use of natural materials for the bolsters. As well as the way they're juxtaposed against scales of complementary materials. I'd definitely be interested in making a purchase, (in particular Little Zen), if there's still availability. I know these were listed on your other Site as well, and we've also been experiencing the usual Christmas festivities commerce blackout.
