Hi all,

This is my first hard using folder. It's called "HARD" serie. This style is HARD 1.The spec. is ;

Blade steel - ZDP-189/ATS-34, laminated steel, 4 mm. thickness. 64 Rc. hardness.
Heat treatment - Double temper&Sub- Zero quenched
Blade length - 4" ( tip to flipper ),hand rubbed satin finished , 1 3/16" widest
Handle matt. - Textured orange G-10, 5" length and widest 1 1/2"
Lock system - 6AL 4V titanium flame lock 1/8" thickness and Thumber stop
Flame, spacer and clip - Sand blast&hardened 6AL 4V titanium
Pivot screw - Hardened 440C
Thumb stud - Hardened SUH 3, this steel is valve steel in diesel engine.

I love your work.....very distinctive style.
That is an awesome knife , interesting how you used the different steel types in various area , such as the thumbstud.
Also , love the originality on the pivot screw :)
 
Not to change the thread! This is probably my favorite to date of your production and you have made some nice knives.
