That sounds exactly like the sort of stuff my old man had to put up with for his recent surgeries. He swore he wouldn't go back unless he was dying, and probably not even then.

Sigh, Sadly, one of the side-effects of our grossly litigious society. Doesn't justify his not telling you what he needed in a timely fashion, though. Hospitals are not known for their efficiency.
