Chris my apologies in not answering, I'm way behind on all my e-mail as usual.

As to the question about the smoking cessation...... Yes!!!! I'm happy to say that last November 15th was my one year anniversary of being tobacco free.

I can't begin to imagine how I would be feeling if I hadn't of quit when I did.
