I just used my Tom Krein reground ZDP Endura (full flat to a .010" edge) for some home improvement projects and it took a couple weeks to lose a working edge. Actually I used it a tiny bit and the others really doing the work borrowed it as I need back surgery and can't do any real work, which is why it got so dull before it got traded out for another knife. Nobody complained about it being dull, but when I noticed it not shaving I had to pull it. A ZDP Endura is a wonderful thing, espescilly if you let Tom Krein rework it for you.
