I've got a zdp lum on the way. I am excited. 4 happened to pop up in stock on a site and I grabbed one. Now they are back to being sold out. I didn't think I would actually get one.

My wife surprised me with one, a week after Christmas.
I use it as my going up town knife ,as opposed to my down town Millie :D
It's a real classy carry.
 
It's a beautiful knife. Classic Lum CHinese design, but with ZDP189 supersteel. The ZDP is prone to staining though. So don't leave it uncleaned for a while... ask me how I know :p

I found two in a local shop while browsing for things other than knives. Took me by surprise. As nice as it is I still think I prefer the Stretch 2 for a high end ZDP189 knife. Not that either couldn't make a fantastic EDC.

Congrats! I ordered 2 in August '08. One arrived the day before Christmas and the 2nd one shipped this week. Now I'll have one for the safe and one to EDC. Or give as a gift. Thanks to knifecenter and NGK.
