My William&Henry ZDP folder does not chip or rust, contrary to popular opinion. I use it in the kitchen; have cut the back out of a chicken a few times. it is quite hard and holds an edge much longer than S30V. I love it! In about 4 years it's never really needed a sharpening although I have run it over the Sharpmaker at 30 degrees a few times.
