Sanetu ZDP-189 santoku, ZDP-189 core is san-mai'd between stainless steel. Excellent fit and finish, very comfortable Cocobolo wood handle is sealed against moisture by the maker; lightly used, hand sharpened to a screaming edge

The knife is made by Sanetu - a very well made knife of spectacular steel for a very good price.
