To have maintain good practical edge you need only Coarse DMT and Extra Fine DMT as I understand they awailable as double sided stone. And this is what I would get if I need to travel. CrO is for hair whittling edge, but on the field you may not need this really.
I also suggest not to have coarse edge. Yes it is possible to have toothy edge and it different then polished:

But on practice I found it useless, you need more force to cut and it did not stay sharp - I guess it is easyer to dull tooth then solid edge... or at least did not feel like sharp.
I have one knife with toothy edge for a month and force myself to use it, but always put it aside and use normal edge not this so called working edge... To my experience it was not better slicer then one with polished edge, may be this depends on knife weight - heavier it is, better it slice itseflf with toothy edge, but otherwise you have to push more...
But you can get rid on burr with any stone with corse or not and do not raise angle! This is not needed, to get rid of burr just change sides every swipe and continue patiently - it will be off after 30-50 moves, just keep angle and be gentle.
Thanks, Vassili.
