In this thread i will put some of mi oldest work, especialy what i prepare for my first hunting expozition i ever participate, organized in my little hometown SOVATA in MURES county, Romania.It was a nice event.

ZEN KNIVES&LEATHER WORKS
Bearing steel, the handle is wood&leather micarta with black liner(2 mm thick), brown leather sheat(4 mm leather)

Rangers, 3 years ago, with handle shapes A and C, the handle is bog oak with red liners, blade is forged bearing steel, black leather sheats( 4 mm leather)

Ranger, blade is forged carbonsteel, handle is mulberry wood, red liners, brass pins and liner hole, nature leather sheat(6 mm leather :D )

My prefered of this batch of knives is one i dont have ocasion to make some proper pictures whit it, shame on me :D . i only make two pintures on the expozitional table :D
Blade is bearing steel, handle is walnut wood with red liners, bras pins and hole.

I like the ranger. Actually they all look very comfortable. Nice use of different wood. I never see acadia or mulberry.

Leather cutters.

I use all kind of cutter, but i hate evrytime i must take in my hand that "objects", week blades, my 5 mm very hard leather is imposible to cut with them.So i think to make myself one or two cutters.I use Sandvik carbonsteel, (2 mm), handles is pear wood on the small one, and plum wood ond the biger one.Brass pins, on a biger i put in the midle one mosaic pin, it is left in my shop alone in that time :D

Same steel, walnut handle, bronze pins, leather sheat(4 mm), 3 years ago.In that times(like now actualy :D) i was in a full learning proces about knife and leather sheath making.
