That would depend on your grinding skill. It use to take me a real long time when I first started. Something like 8hrs. Now I am a whole lot faster. Mainly because of better equipment, premium ceramic belts, more efficient processes, and more grinding experience. Heck just the sharpening process alone still takes me a min of 30mins. I just like to spend a lot of time paying attention to little details that really matter. Its all the little details done right that give us the beautiful bigger picture.

Depending on the how deep the dimples are it can be anywhere from .015-.030.
