Comes with factory steel strike plate & a trauma reduction device this is a safariland saf-t-pac, it is a extra pack of kevlar that goes behind the strike plate.
I did wear this for 3 years but its in very good condition with light wear to carrier ,all velcro works fine.The panels have been very well taken care of(never locked in a hot trunk,ETC...).Light and thin vest.The carrier had been washed.
