Brand new 0392. The guy I bought it from said it was never carried or cut and I have no reason to doubt it. There is a very, very tiny mark on the pivot screw from adjustment. Comes with everything as it did from the factory. It even includes the box it was shipped in (not pictured). Only selling to fund another knife.
