So what are the thoughts of perhaps the last model in the 0392 series? who managed to grab one and such...
 
I got mine off going gear, 10 minutes after they were posted everywhere. Surprised they were still available! Ilfor me, the Wharncliffe blade style is by far my favorite and they really knocked this one out of the park. Can't wait to receive it!
 
I got an order through. I never get my hopes up until they send me tracking info, since the orders are coming in so fast that sometimes they oversell and inform you that you actually aren't going to get one. Every time I have seen one of these, the pictures from members make me wish I had ordered one. The factory pics never seem to do them justice.

Blade HQ was sold out instantly...
 
Yeah the moment I refreshed the page they were gone off BladeHQ. Its crazy. But I almost gave up, and checked going gear 10 minutes later and they still had 10+ in stock. Though a few minutes after that they sold out. Glad I got mine through. Seems like everyone goes to the bigger retailers first.
 
I placed two orders on various sites in hopes of snagging one and ended up getting a confirmation on both so one will be for sale...stay tuned if you missed out.
 
They rationed them out among six websites instead of four like last time so there should have been even less to go around for each dealer.
 
Huh, I'm on the mailing list but never got the notification emails for this one(?). Love the blade style, but not the color scheme on this version. Congrats to those who snagged one!
 
This was my very first attempt ever, trying to land one of ZT's Limited Edition models. I couldn't resist this configuration! IMO- the Wharnie, is ZT's best out of the 4! :thumbup:

^ With that said, as soon as I received my notification from ZT (who the 6 vendor's would be), I decided to go with Knives Ship Free. I also figured that my best chances for landing one, would be using PayPal as my method of payment...

KSF, sold their allotment quickly, & I was fortunate to get one. :D

Tyler couldn't be a nicer gentleman to deal with & KSF rocks! :thumbup:

That is what my plan was but Blade HQ let me put all my credit card and address info into my account so as soon as 9 struck I reloaded the page, put it in my cart, and hit submit order. I received confirmation of my order but I won't get excited until I get a shipping confirmation. Hopefully I got one :/
 
I just received an email from Tyler, stating that their shipping department has just shipped out my 0392, along with the tracking number.

That was lightning fast (2 hours since purchase)! These guys are great!!!!! :thumbup: :thumbup:

I highly recommend using this company! :thumbup:
 
House of Blades still has some, I believe....

I passed on this design...reminds me of the 777 or the Tilt.. wonderful for some folks, but I like a nice belly on the blade for some kitchen work on occasion.

Man, I didn't even know these were coming out. It even looks like they ditched the lame choil I recall seeing in the original designs - that makes this a lot like a wharnie Hinderer XM-24 with that 1/2" of unsharpened choil left out. Hmm. I like it.
