Not as new because I put my own edge on it and it may have light scratching on the tumbled finish but it's never been outside and only cut paper.
Lock up at about 60%.
Has that "hydraulic" type action it's known for.
It's a beautiful piece. The matching on the titanium is exceptional.
Imo, this set a bar for production knives at the time for it's use of Elmax steel, the machined titanium frame and bearing pivot.
