Brand new. The detent is a little stiff. It needs broken in. A BF user has pointed out that there seems to be a blemish on the carbon fiber scale where it meets the knife liner. You can see this on the picture of the blade centering. I didn't notice it myself, but if you look closely it doesn't fit completely flush. Due to this issue, I'm dropping the price to $215 shipped.
