Zero Tolerance 0700

The new Zero Tolerance Model 0700 has arrived! These have extra thick liners with G10 scales, an S30V blade and they are made in america all for a very reasonable price. While they aren't assisted opening, they are some of the smoothest knives we've had come thru the store. Just wondering, why is this version not assisted opening like the other 0700s? If I bought it and had an extra Kershaw torsion bar could I convert it to assisted? Thanks for your help.

To the best of my knowledge these aren't being offered with an assisted option. I don't believe they are internally setup for it either, as they are being made as a basic flipper for the time being.
