ZERO TOLERANCE 0770cf washers

Hello All,


Quick question. I have ZT0770cf and while cleaning, cat jumped on table and sent the bowl holding my small parts flying. I found everything except the washers. Anybody know specs on the washers so I can buy new ones. I have sent two emails to KAI for this info and not gotten a response, it has been 2 weeks. Could somebody measure their washers for me?


BTW, anyone want a cat, free to good home. LOL JK
 
Zt has an order form no need to talk to anyone fill it out and your washers should be in the mail to you .
 
the only form I can find is the return for repair or sharpening form. close but no cigar, where is this "order" form??
 
I submitted a request to customer service asking where I could purchase a new pocket clip. Never received a response but the new pocket clip arrived in the mail a few days later.
 
You guys really need to call. It's quick and easy. The reps are always more than nice and you can actually confirm that somebody heard your query. Literally 5 mins is all I've ever experienced.

Personal rant:
Have we really gotten to the point in society that we'd rather not talk to a human being on the other end? I understand it's not always practical but it is usually easier to explain what's going on than typing something that gets lost in translation half of the time.

I tried calling first and always ended up at recorded msg saying go to site.

Go to THIS PAGE, click on the "Warranty Service/Parts" button... a form will open with parts you can select. (You may have to type in 'Washers' in the 'message' section).

(Not sure if washers is something they'll send out... but worth a shot).
