No liner under the G-10.

0452G10 weighs 4.50 oz. which is slightly less than 0452CF at 4.64 oz.

Interesting, I thought the g10 would be heavier than the carbon fiber

Maybe the weight reduction is due to the more contored shape of the g10 version.
 
Weights below are from BladeHQ:

  • 0452CF: 4.64 oz.
  • 0452G10: 4.44 oz.
  • 0452CFM390BLU: 4.64 oz.

Weights below are from GP Knives:

  • 0452CF: 4.64 oz.
  • 0452G10: 4.50 oz.
  • 0452CFM390BLU: 4.25 oz.

I think the weight of the 0452CFM390BLU from GPK is wrong.
 
I just picked up the 452 in Rose Gold from USAmadeblade. My first ZT, and really my first higher end knife in general. Up until now, the most I have spent is ~$160 on the blurple paramilitary 2.

Good strategy if you have the patience. I'd assume Sprint Runs for 0460 (for sure) and 0055 (likely). Of the new production models, there was already a 0801BRZ last Summer so we probably won't see a Sprint of 0801TI anytime soon if ever. As for 0850 and 0920 they both already have premium features and materials.

Im thinking along the same lines. Im wondering if i should wait on certain model sprints, or am i going to miss out on one i should have gotton. Ive been wanting an all black 0452cf and not sure if i should buy one and cerakote or wait for a dlc.
 
Does anyone know if this rose gold ti will be on their site or only dealers for sure?

There was a ZT 0452CFBLUBLK Sprint Run with black DLC M390 blade and blue anodized titanium released exclusively to ZT dealers outside of the U.S. last month and you may still be able to find some if you Google it.

ZT doesn't do direct sales unless dealing with a credit through warranty that couldn't be fixed. I was told this by a customer service rep. Just 2 weeks ago.

Also separately I sent a launch 1 over a year ago for warranty and due to it not being repairable, and Not wanting the same knife, they issued a full msrp credit that I put towards a 0900

Something tells me he has a credit to use and that's why he is hoping they have it available direct.\

Although their website sure makes it look like you can shop direct. It even mentions return conditions and payment types accepted.
