I'm interested in Zero Tolerance knives. The problem is I don't want to spend $300 on a folder before I actually get to hold the thing. There are quite a few choices in the catalogue and it's kinda hard to pick.

Any recommendations on what I should do?

Where about in Indiana are you? I know there is a shop in Nashville Indiana that carries a good amount of ZT stuff and might be able to point you to a couple of other sources depending on where you are at.

Hammond, IN 158 miles away.
3 years ago there was a store in Nashville Indiana that had Zt, Benchmade and Spydercos. It wasn't the knife store that had them, it was just a small souvenir shop that had one case of knives. But the prices were all over MSRP. They wanted like $65 for a Spyderco Tenacious.

The Kershaw site just lists factory authorized dealers. Shops that buy from others and resell won't be listed.

All of the Galyan's stores used to have a great selection of knives, but now that they are owned by Dick's, I doubt that's true anymore. There were knife stores in Lafayette Square and Washington Square malls at different times as well, but I think they may be gone too.

The Galyan's near Lafayette Square mall was my go to place when I lived there, but I haven't lived there in almost a decade. What part of the city are you in?

Use Google, and type in:

That should give you some hits. Typically gun stores often carry knives. Prt of the fun is getting out and looking to see what stores have.

honestly if you cant find a shop close to you I would simply order from a place with a good return policy. Youll just blow the shipping money in gas otherwise.

Grand Prairie Knives is in Troy, IL, 225 miles down I-70, if you don't mind a 4 hour drive. They have everything.

I just buy them and if you don't like it you can return it, sell it or trade it...what I pretty much do for everything.

I've been to a LOT of gun stores near Indy. Never seen a Zero Tolerance knife. I'll keep my eye out for one at the next gun show. I've seen plenty of Busse, ESEE but never Zero T.

The easiest thing you cold do is make your best guess on which one you might like and buy it from me, if you don't like it, just return it and Try another, the only thing you are out is $3 return shipping . Easy as pie, did I say pie mmmm that's an idea.
