  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Zero Tolerance ZT0350 lockup/authenticity question.

Heard back from Kai, as unfortunately predicted it's a fake. They asked for pictures of the screws and said that they look more like the ones on a known counterfeit example they have. I've posted the pics of the screws I sent them for future reference if anyone needs help authenticating theres. Already got a refund and am keeping the knife, so I'll go ahead and get to bubbaing until the lock works and just toss it in the crummy loaner knives box.

Bummer on the fake. I had the same thing happen to me recently on a Bugout. Thank you for the follow up and the close ups on the screws so that others can avoid the same issue.

Bad situation but you surely got it as right as it could be. You may be out a little time but learned a thing or two. Plus the experience will help others here and the seller. He took the loss.

Your gut had it figured straight. :)

Now, what are you going to do about that lock before you set off to find a real ZT?
