Zero Tolerance ZT300BW (blackwash blade finish) light user for sale. This is a beast of a titanium frame lock flipper. To make this more user friendly, I de-assisted it, which helps to be able to close it one handed. When you de-assist a ZT300, only friction keeps it closed, which is unacceptable to me. I carefully drilled a retention hole in the blade to ensure that it would stay closed. I did this using very slow drill speeds to control heat. The hole is slightly larger than the very small retention ball so the blade does move slightly when fully closed (closely compare the last two pics for the limits of the movement when closed). BUT it's now a true flipper w/ positive closed retention. It consistently flips open with a push-button technique, which was my desired effect from the start. The blade has also been sharpened to 20 DPS on a edge pro w/ Shapton glass stones. These originally had an MSRP of $340 and retailed for around $275. This example is a light user with great mods in the sought-after blackwash blade style. They are almost impossible to find these days except by getting lucky on the secondary market. No box. If desired I will install the assist spring for you.
