I am considering buying a new Buck Zipper (with the rubber grip) and would appreciate any feedback, both positive and negative.
 
Surely somebody must have some opinion of this knife or are they so bad that everybody is afraid to speak up?:confused:
 
I had the privilege of being involved with a lot of the field testing on the 691. It works like a dream! Most of the time, when you use the gut hook, it feels like it did not cut. This is because it cuts very smoothly. The rubber handle gets a tacky feel to it which helps in wet weather.
