Iwas thinking, if you pulled the cotton out of the bottom and filled it and the top with stuff, you'd have a pretty good EDC survival kit. Any thoughts?

If you pull the cotton out of the bottom, then you can't store any fuel for your zippo. I think I would stick with an altoids tin if I were you.

You can't even stick a good amount of illicit drugs inside a zippo... what can you really put in one that will really help out?

Do you mean take out the whole lighter assembly? I could see how that could work, but the lid would not stay closed unless you fabricated a latch. You could fit plenty of things in this such as waterproof matches, water purification tablets, condoms, fish hooks/line, etc. BTW Melancholymutt, you could fit a good weekends worth of KBs into an empty Zippo, more than a typical dugout, I don't know why you would though.:cool: :D
 
The strongest thing I do is 10 mgs Vicodin which get's kinda bulky if you wanna take more than one dose. I also have to get dental work done in order to get some which is kinda annoying. I'm running outa teeth to work on. However, My dentist did say that I was the only patient he had, who would be able to develop a cavity in a root canal cap.
